Carlos Andres Monsalve is an architect with a passion for art, culture, and photography. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Andrews University, where he developed a deep appreciation for how architectural traditions shape communities worldwide. His career began in 2013 at Wade Weissmann Architecture, followed by a role as Project Manager at Wade Design Architects, where he worked on residential and small commercial projects. In 2018, he transitioned to urban design as the City of Rowlett’s Urban Design Officer, applying New Urbanist principles to shape a more walkable, people-centered environment. In 2023, the idea for Mon.Archi was born, a firm that specifically seeks to reflect the identity of its users but also has a strong influence in their physical and mental well-being.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Carlos leads a fulfilling life outside of his work. He finds solace in exploring the great outdoors, immersing himself in his passion for music and photography, and actively participating as a "yes man" at his local church. Carlos's multifaceted interests and unwavering dedication to his craft make him a truly exceptional architect who is continually striving to create spaces that not only meet the highest standards of design but also inspire and enrich the lives of those who inhabit them.
